The First Health center project consisted of repairing a major water leak coming from the top wall on the roof, our team demoed out the top & bottom rows of brick between the windows. We repair any damaged gypsum board and install a through-wall flashing system as well as a peel & stick air barrier membrane followed with a waterproofing membrane to maintain it watertight, and finally our masonry crew lay back the bricks to complete this project.
