The FTCC chiller wall project consisted of removing the top row of CMU all around the top perimeter & installing new CMU with rebar all around the top. Also to remove all of the interior columns and rebuilding them from the footing all the way to the top while anchoring to the wall and adding structural detail with rebar to maintain it solid from failing again.
