The facade repairs on this project came from water intrusion getting inside the tenants homes and flooding them out, our specs for this project where the following, removed all wood frames around the stucco windows and install a flashing system and new EIFS band in all of the stucco windows, we also reflashed all of the brick windows and added new matching brick with new silicone sealants in the perimeters as well in the balconies.we also coated the old stucco with new paint to match the other facades and make it like new.
